100X.VC, a leading CAT 1 venture capital fund, has announced a partnership with Pidilite Industries Ltd. for the latter’s venture capital arm called Pidilite Ventures. Pidilite Industries specializes in specialty chemicals such as adhesives, construction chemicals and sealants, and a trusted consumer brand for over 60 years. As part of this partnership, 100X.VC will work with Pidilite Ventures to identify strategic investment opportunities for them. Pidilite Ventures will aim to mentor and guide innovative ventures that have synergies with core and adjacent Pidilite businesses.

Abrdn Plc, formerly known as Standard Life, is expected to dump 4.3 crores of shares in HDFC Life Insurance Company through a block deal in the price range of ₹564-578.5 per share, according to media reports. Abrdn Plc is expected to raise up to $313 million from its share sale. Abrdn holds a 3.7% stake in HDFC Life.

Tata Consulting Serviceswas selected by C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc, a leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery procurement in the United States, to build a new operating platform on Google Cloud to reduce the company’s carbon footprint and improve the customer experience. C&S partnered with TCS to redesign its operating platforms, including customer experience and food distribution.

Gujarat Apollo Industrieshas entered into a joint venture agreement with the Belgian company PFH BV to meet the needs of agricultural and agricultural machinery and component companies.

Oracle Credit Limited made an additional investment in Credent Assets Management Services Private Limited (CAMS) through the acquisition of 5,64,763 shares at a price of ₹48 per share totaling ₹2.71 crore from the existing shareholders of CAMS, that is- i.e. Aditya Vikram Kanoria and Mandeep Singh on September 9. Oracle Credit Limited has already invested 24.37% in Credent Asset Management Services Private Limited on March 31.

Lords Chloro Alkali Ltdis in the process of increasing its existing caustic soda production capacity by approximately 42%, ie from 210 tpd to 300 at its plant in Alwar, Rajasthan. The commissioning of the above projects is scheduled for September 2023.
